The "Alumni4Students@KIT" project offers you as a KIT student various opportunities to participate. You can...

...get in touch with experts from the field at the Career Perspectives events and gain insights into their everyday working lives.
...learn basic attitudes from positive psychology in the seminar "Unlocking Potential. Successfully mastering the job (entry) with positive psychology."
...enter into and actively shape a mentoring relationship with an alumn.


You can benefit from participation in many ways:

• You will receive practical preparation for current and future challenges when entering professional life.
• You will develop key skills such as self-management, participation, openness, self-efficacy and responsibility.
• In discussions with alumni, you can address and overcome fears and worries about your first job and define concrete career prospects for yourself.
• You will gain realistic insights into change processes in organizations and companies.
• You can build up or expand your own network.
• For active participation in the seminar, you will receive a certificate and ECTS points at the HoC for the module "Interdisciplinary Qualifications".
